Red String is a print-and-play game about exploring a murder mystery and building a conspiracy board to keep track of your thoughts. The aim of the game is not to solve the mystery but to fully understand it and convince other players that your interpretation is the right one. 

Gameplay centres around building the conspiracy board. Using an empty space in a public area and any stationary you have, attach the game documents to a wall and mark ideas, connections, and theories in any way you can. Then build on each other's ideas, either by reinforcing or contradicting them with your own arguments or evidence. 

This process will not happen quickly, and so, the game is played in short moments over the course of days or weeks. Each time, adding a little more and expanding the conspiracy board further. There is no pre-determined end to Red String, instead, gameplay ends when all players have reached a consensus or feel satisfied with their own independent conclusions.

Finally, stay open-minded, every theory is valid, from the mundane to the wild and conspiratorial, anything is possible.
